We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE

Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website

Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules

User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

Cancellation Policy

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours or before a tracking number is issued; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Return & Refund Policy

No refund on any products purchased.

In the event of receiving any faulty or damaged product, please email us on info@arhavi.ae clearly stating the order number and details of the issue.

We will provide a product exchange for approved requests.

Exchange requests must be emailed to us within 7 days of receiving the product.

Delivery Policy

At the moment we only deliver within UAE. All orders are processed with 1-2 working days after payment has been processed. Shipment takes within 1-2 working days across the country. UAE Delivery Fees will be a Flat Rate of 30 AED. To Avoid any delivery delay, please provide your full address along with your contact details.
